What will your typical day look like?
Based out of Sydney or Melbourne, you will be leading the implementation and delivery of world class finance solutions and services to a wide range of clients. You will work with a diverse range of listed companies, multinational groups, and complex private groups on a wide range of finance related matters. This includes advising on finance transition and improvement activities, process improvements, optimal finance delivery models, reporting and accounting, business intelligence and governance.
Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, you will solve diverse client problems ranging from transforming finance processes, controls & systems; to leading the delivery of ongoing outsourced finance services in addition to acting as a virtual CFO.

Our BPS team is focused on providing finance solutions and services to some of the region’s largest and most highly regarded businesses. We help our clients make their finance functions more efficient and effective, whilst keeping up with a changing environment. We don’t just provide pragmatic finance solutions, we help clients simplify their finance function, giving them confidence and clarity in making strategic decisions.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Prior experience in industry in a finance role, at a Big 4, mid-tier professional or accounting services firm
- Ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Proven leadership experience and willingness to help drive our growth.
- Strong sense of team and passion to develop others.
- Degree qualified in Commerce and/or Business is highly regarded.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a finance or similar professional services role.
