Deloitte is currently seeking a SAP Security Specialist to join our Technology and Transformation team. You will help grow the SAP practice by successfully delivering end to end SAP security and controls related projects, developing innovative solutions, enabling career pathways for our team and supporting our go to market activities.

What will your typical day look like?

• Build on the Deloitte relationship with SAP to help identify and progress opportunities in SAP security, risk and controls
• Drive innovation across the Risk Advisory SAP business – through market offerings, solution development, delivery methods and across the learning curriculum
• Lead the SAP Security stream on large scale business transformation projects (greenfield, brownfield, technical conversions and hybrid) underpinned by SAP, working closely with organisations’ executive leadership, business, functional and technical teams to help shape and guide the approach for securing the SAP environments
• Be a trusted advisor to our clients, sharing insights from your experience on how other organisations have tackled challenges in the SAP security, risk and controls space
• Continuously learn and keep abreast of technology trends and developments in the SAP space
• Expand your areas of knowledge outside of SAP security into adjacent areas, such as cloud security and enterprise identity and access management

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

• 10+ years of working experience in SAP Security, GRC, IAM and Controls
• Minimum 2 end to end S/4HANA Implementation experience – supporting application security across S/4HANA and BTP applications is a must; with proven experience managing projects, team, financials and SAP aligned delivery methodologies
• Understand the changing SAP landscape globally (e.g. S/4HANA, RISE) and can support organisations navigate this landscape
• Specialisation in (hands-on experience designing and configuring) SAP IAG/GRC and SAP CIS
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP roles and authorisation; exposure to SAP S/4HANA BRIM solution security is preferred
• Ability to provide inputs to solution design and architecture for integrating hybrid SAP solutions with 3rd party (enterprise) IAM solutions; working knowledge of SailPoint IAM solution is highly desirable
• Prior work experience with Big4 consulting firms is preferred
• Proven experience leading, growing and shaping teams, through the development of learning curriculums, team growth plans and managing performance for team members
• Have broad experience with capability domains adjacent to SAP security, risk and controls, such as enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance or Cyber Security.
