What will your typical day look like?

 

Join a passionate engagement team responsible for multiple aspects of a project life cycle including identifying business requirements, design and prototyping solutions, technical development, testing and training.

  • Supporting business/practice development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
  • Deliver Oracle Cloud solutions across multiple industries, covering integrations and application development.
  • Translate complex client needs into robust technical designs and best-practice solutions.
  • Lead technical delivery – from system design, release and integration management to application development and upgrades.
  • Manage and mentor technical teams or workstreams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, training and knowledge transfer to clients and support teams.
  • Oversee patching, upgrades and security reviews to maintain stable, secure environments.

You are someone with:

 

  1. Domain Experience:
  • Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP business processes across at least one - finance, procurement, HR and/or Payroll.
  • Experience of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP full implementation project lifecycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post go live support, at least as a subject matter expert.
  • A specialist knowledge one or more of the following areas with experience of leading a team:
  • Integration workstream - ideally Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Cloud Extensions workstream (including design and development of front-end UI based applications)- ideally Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service and Redwood extensions.

 

  1. Technical Expertise:

 

  • Strong integration delivery skills using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Expertise in integrating SaaS and on‑prem apps (Oracle ERP/HCM, EBS, Salesforce, Concur).
  • Solid knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP services, XML/XSLT, security (OAuth/JWT) and encryption (PGP).
  • Hands-on with OCI, SQL/PLSQL and modern integration patterns (messaging, file-based, real-time).
  • Experience designing and building extensions with Oracle VBCS and Redwood customizations (highly desirable).
  • Understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, SCM, Projects).
  • Exposure to Oracle MFT, OSB, B2B, and OPA (a plus).
  • Ability to translate requirements into architecture, strategies and design specifications.
  • Passion for continuous learning and Oracle certifications.

 

 

  1. Professional Skills:

 

  • Strong documentation, analysis and presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
  • Able to simplify complex issues, analyse data and produce clear insights.
  • Experienced in preparing key project deliverables (requirements, specs, process flows, traceability).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
