This role brings together people leadership, agile delivery and marketing judgement. You'll lead one agile team within a broader squad, managing intake, guiding prioritisation, and helping the team focus on the work that matters most. From campaign briefs to sprint planning, you'll create the structure that helps good ideas turn into strong delivery. This role will have a strong focus on our Financial Services & Energy, Resources & Industrials offerings. 

 

What will your typical day look like?

A big part of the role is shaping campaigns with your team and giving clear direction to creative specialists as work moves through the pipeline. That means balancing deadlines, resources and business priorities while keeping an eye on quality, momentum and outcomes. You'll also use agile ceremonies and retrospectives to keep improving how the team works together.

 

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll connect day-to-day execution with broader marketing objectives. The pace will vary, priorities will shift, and no two sprints will look exactly the same - which is exactly what makes this role a great fit for someone who enjoys leading through complexity and bringing clarity to busy delivery environments.

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

 

  • A strong track record delivering successful multi-faceted marketing campaigns or projects
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and campaign management
  • Experience working in agile teams, including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives
  • Industry exposure within Financial Services and/or Energy, Resources and Industrials
  • Experience leading a team and creating a collaborative, high-performing environment through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Confidence managing intake, prioritising work, and balancing team capacity across competing demands
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across creative, delivery and business teams
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
