What will your typical day look like?

We take our clients on the journey for change, bringing our collective depth of expertise in the domains of strategy, insights, analytics, digital enablement and design thinking to help them articulate and implement a customer behaviour strategy that is truly inspiring to both their customers and the organisation’s success.


You bring your passion for MarTech and AdTech to the table and help your clients to design their next generation marketing ecosystem. You’re an expert at making different components of a technology stack work together seamlessly and help your clients create personalised experiences which leave a lasting impression with their customers.


On a day to day basis, you’ll tap into your deep technical expertise to understand the best integration approach for marketing and advertising technology and work together with our key vendor contacts to get the most out of the platforms in market. You wake up in the morning to learn something new while pushing the boundaries of what true marketing automation can achieve.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.


  • Technology based Degree – Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
  • 4+ years in an architect role designing technology architectures, governance, and best practices for marketing automation
  • Extensive knowledge and an in-depth understanding of:
    • One or more MarTech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Tealium, etc.)
    • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, etc.)
    • Integrations across technology platforms (SQL, Python, etc.)
    • System design and architecture
  • Experience in implementation of omni channel marketing and technology platform stack
  • Good written and verbal communication skills


  • Certified as an architect in a MarTech platform (Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Tealium, etc.)
  • Good understanding of the holistic enterprise architecture
  • Ability to design solutions that can meet immediate needs, while building long-term strategic solution
  • Ability to switch gears from summary view for leadership to hands-on day to day discussion with team members
  • Self-starter with good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
