The Sales Transformation Manager/Senior Manager will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of sales transformation initiatives aimed at elevating sales culture, capability, and performance across the region.
Based in any of our Asia Pacific geographies, you will:
- Partner with local and regional Sales Leaders to drive a strong sales culture and uplift capability through targeted initiatives, including:
- Designing and delivering sales training
- Supporting Sales KPIs and recognition programs
- Supporting adoption of sales enablement technologies
- Designing and delivering sales labs and workshops
- Lead and embed a Win/Loss Review approach across the region, helping to drive continuous improvement.
- Design, lead and execute ad hoc sales campaigns to boost pipeline and sales as needed.
- Own the sales communication strategy to ensure alignment, engagement, and sharing of best practices across local sales teams and key stakeholders.

We’re looking for candidates with a combination of the following:
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, with AP experience preferred
- Experience working in sales enablement, or sales capability uplift initiatives, regional or global level preferred
- Experience in strategy, communications, and/or change management, and/or campaign management
- Experience in leveraging technology and data to drive business insights and familiar with CRM/Jupiter
- Comfortable working with agility and in an ambiguous environment
- Excellent English communication skills, proficient in excel and PPT, bilingual preferred
