What will your typical day look like?
- Contribute to defining the target state architecture for the Dayforce solution with emphasis on the functional components within the platform specifically workforce management.
- Provide Dayforce functional solution expertise focused on Dayforce workforce management functionality, working closely with the program functional teams.
- Lead discussions with the client and the Deloitte team for the design, configuration and testing of the constituent capabilities across all workforce management functionality.
- Be a recognised functional expert in the Dayforce workforce management (WFM) modules such as Scheduling and Timesheet
- Present Dayforce functional solution proposals through all key stages of a project.
- Propose and review functional solutions across the Dayforce WFM solution and the wider solution landscape driving best practice principles.
- Provide expertise and guidance to senior Deloitte and client stakeholders at the required level of detail to drive the best outcomes for the client and the program.
- Resolve functional solution problems areas, including design challenges, associated with workforce management functionality or functional solution capability.
About the Team
Deloitte's Workforce and Payroll Solutions (WPS) practice helps clients solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly. We are seeking an experienced Dayforce WFM specialist to become a critical member of Deloitte’s growing Dayforce practice, residing with WPS. This role will require you to work on client sites and remotely, supporting them throughout the whole project life cycle from Design to Go Live and beyond. Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s Dayforce practice. - Recognised as a Dayforce WFM functional expert in the scheduling and timesheet modules.
- Clear understanding of Dayforce functional solution capabilities and how these meet client business needs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
