The Deloitte Asset Management (ISO55000) Team provides a dynamic environment where you will work on challenging projects, across a range of high-profile client organisations.
What will your typical day look like?
In this Melbourne based role, you will engage directly with high profile public and private sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority asset and operational related problems.
You will also:

Join a high-performing team dedicated to enhancing client profitability and performance.

Collaborate with our business leaders to define new project objectives and shape deliverables as a part of expanding our Specialist Assets network.

Lead and coordinate project workstreams, establishing teams and managing work activities.

Managing teams to complete tasks and deliver on project outcomes, measuring and capturing client benefits and mentoring staff throughout.

Address complex private and public sector initiatives across power and water utilities, transport, mining, oil and gas, government and emergency services.

Leverage Deloitte’s capabilities in Structured Problem Solving, Design Thinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, and global consulting expertise.

Develop Asset Management (ISO55000) expertise to support and enhance project delivery, including contribution to building standardised tools and knowledge bases.

Pursue client opportunities to build a robust work pipeline.

Regular travel may be required.

Our Australian Asset Management team has hands-on industry expertise and experience from some of the world's largest asset intensive businesses and the major infrastructure and transformation projects they sponsor. The team works with our clients to set up, build and run these major projects with greater confidence that they will deliver positive results. Our exceptional team and our expertise in specific Asset Management offerings are central to achieving these outcomes. Together, these things enable us to deliver improved performance across all areas of operations. Our interest and expertise in digital technologies, business intelligence and analytics is one of our key strengths.

In response to strong client demand for our services we are currently seeking outstanding advisors for our Asset Management team. We encourage anyone with experience in management consulting, operational excellence, program/project management, technology implementation (advantageous to have Enterprise Asset Management, Field Services Management & Asset Investment Planning experience), or similar capabilities across a variety of industries to apply. We are working in the Defence and Government sectors and are interested in people who have clearances to do this work or those who are eligible and interested to work in these areas.
You are someone with:
-
5+ years relevant experience.
-
Strong prior experience in management consulting, operational excellence, program/project management, technology implementation (Enterprise Asset Management, Field Mobility etc.), or similar capabilities.

Demonstratable problem-solving capabilities with a track record of navigating complexity and designing robust approaches to solution design and delivery.

Experience in performance tracking, business case development and approval, benefits realisation and change management.

Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills and demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with broad stakeholder groups.
Specific experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable:

Improvement program design and delivery.

Process and requirements definition to support technology solution design.

Application of consulting methods/tools to support complex problem solving.
