What will your typical day look like?  

In this role, you will engage directly with high profile public and private sector clients on their most important and challenging business issues - addressing and solving their priority asset and product management related needs and problems. You will also:

  • Work with a high performing PLM team with a strong commitment to excellence in pursuit of helping our clients drive performance and efficiency.
  • Work on some of the most inspiring private and public sector programs across sectors including Defence and automotive
  • Draw on Deloitte’s unique global and innovative capabilities in PLM, Digital Thread, Digital Twin, and Data Analytics and gain insight and experience from our global consulting network of experts
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and successful approach to implementing transformation projects
  • A career in the Deloitte Consulting team means you will be working alongside top management consulting talent solving the toughest problems for Australia’s largest companies
  • Develop new and innovative approaches to Product Strategy / Product Lifecycle Management solutions deployment
  • Contribute to and enable effective planning, structuring and delivery of PLM projects with a focus on outcomes and impact
  • As part of our PLM leadership team you will provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to help develop a local community of PLM practitioners

The Deloitte Product Lifecycle Management team specialises in turning business strategies and needs into tangible, measurable and sustained PLM solutions that drive improved performance across the end to end product lifecycle.


Through the design and implementation of PLM technologies we provide the digital backbone that supports the development, delivery, management and sustainment of our client’s products and assets; including redefinition of their supply chains and improved management of the supporting enterprise.

In response to strong client demand for our services, we have a number of roles for outstanding PLM practitioners with Industry experience.


You are someone with:

  • Hands-on exposure and experience in the design and implementation of tier one PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DExperience ENOVIA)
  • A sound understanding of core PLM capabilities such as Bill of Material and Engineering Change Management
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with a range of clients by translating business strategy and requirements to practical technology solutions
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams with a passion to develop others as well as yourself
  • Strong and adaptable facilitation, presentation and communications skills
  • Curiosity to learn and proactivity to bring forward ideas
  • Have or be eligible for Australian Defence clearance
