The Deloitte Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) team provides a dynamic environment where you will work on challenging projects, across a range of ASX listed and private client organisations.

We bring together deep procurement expertise, leading practices, global insights, and cutting-edge digital solutions to help clients uplift performance and resilience.
Our work spans the end-to-end procurement agenda — from procurement strategy and operating model design through to category management, sourcing, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement technology advisory and implementation.
The team is growing rapidly in response to strong market demand for procurement leaders who can solve complex commercial problems and lead large-scale transformation programs.
What will your typical day look like?
As a manager within our Procurement team, you will:
- Work with a high-performing, collaborative team to help clients deliver procurement excellence, cost and value outcomes, and ESG improvements through their procurement strategies, operating models, and supplier ecosystems
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders on their most critical procurement and commercial challenges
- Lead and support procurement transformation initiatives, including Procurement strategy and roadmap development, Procurement operating model and governance design
- Category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management uplift
- Play a key role in Digital Procurement engagements, including advising clients on procurement technology selection (e.g. Source-to-Pay, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Risk & Performance tools)
- Supporting and leading procurement technology implementations and business change
- Ensuring clients realise value from their digital procurement investments
- Draw on Deloitte’s broader capabilities across Digital, Data & Analytics, Design Thinking, and our global consulting network to deliver integrated solutions
- Coach and develop junior team members, providing on-the-job guidance and formal mentoring
- Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, building client relationships, and identifying new opportunities

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
We are seeking a manager with a strong procurement and digital procurement focus. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- 5+ years’ experience in operations or procurement consulting (Tier 1 consulting firm, boutique consultancy, or industry procurement roles); 7+ years for Senior Manager
- Deep experience across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including procurement strategy and operating model design
- Category management, sourcing, and commercial negotiations
- Supplier relationship management and post-contract governance
- Demonstrated experience delivering procurement transformation programs
- Strong exposure to procurement technologies, including Source-to-Pay and adjacent digital procurement solutions, with experience supporting or leading implementations
- Proven ability to lead project teams, coach junior practitioners, and engage effectively with senior executives at ASX-listed or equivalent organisations
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and data-driven problem-solving skills
- Experience contributing to and leading business development activities, including proposal development and client relationship management
- A passion for procurement, curiosity to learn, and a desire to help clients unlock value through smarter, more digital ways of working
