What will your typical day look like?
As a systematic and inquisitive learner, you will find yourself continually growing and developing with all the resources Deloitte has to offer! This role is 50% technical and 50% client facing.
With your natural “people” talent, you will form authentic relationships with clients whilst exercising your background in Oracle ERP & PPM cloud application suites.
You will be leading client engagements, create new opportunities and deliver exceptional client value. Also, drive knowledge sharing and care passionately about the development of our people.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong EBS and Cloud experience in following end-to-end business processes: Projects inception to close.
- Oracle Cloud Projects and Assets experience. Both project costing and billing experience preferred. Project planning and resource management desirable.
- Responsible for Setting up Common Project Configurations; configuring Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, Project Performance Reporting, Project Management, and Project resource management; using Program Management.
- Experience in integration of Oracle PPM to project controls tools desirable but not mandatory, including Oracle Unifier, Oracle Primavera, or other 3rd party control tools.
- Oracle Project management cloud certified implementation consultant desirable.
- Develop and maintain relevant project documentation including identifying and defining scope of work for respective streams, deliverables through the project like user stories, integrations & reporting specs, config workbooks, test scripts, data migration artefacts.
- Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities on ERP projects; requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, solution design, functional configuration. conference room pilots / prototype demonstrations, testing, Integration, data migration, training, post ‘go live’ support.
- Strong Projects and Project controls acumen is essential & Oracle Cloud Solutions implementation project experience (across multiple regions)
- Experience in assisting in pre-sales opportunities as and when required.
- Strong meeting facilitation/presentation skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proven leadership qualities with a natural focus on team enhancement and growth.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral) with a focus on the ability to influence and drive change through complex organisations.
- Coach and mentors team members.
- Actively participate in practice and business development initiatives
- Experience managing workstreams, estimating, implementation planning and project management to ensure project timelines are met
