Lead our diverse and collaborative teams through our clients’ finance transformation journey. Build and grow Deloitte’s thought leadership to drive innovation and shape future trends!

 

What will your typical day look like?
As a manager in our Finance Transformation team, you will -lead a team of Deloitte’s brightest minds to analyse clients’ needs and requirements for transforming their finance function; develop a roadmap strategy through redesign of finance structure, processes, enabling systems and effective business partnering; Design and embed end-to-end business process improvements to enhance customer experience, improve efficiency and productivity and/or reduce costs; Leverage your superb interpersonal skills and remarkable business sense to support the wider team in business development.

 

About the team
Industries are being disrupted at lightning speed and we’re responsible for helping CFOs stay ahead of the curve (and get that extra sleep at night!). Our high-performing and collaborative team offers CFOs advice to enable and optimise our clients’ finance strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals. We primarily seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations at all stages of the finance transformation journey from designing the change required, to delivering and managing that change and providing assurance around change initiatives.

You will be an integral part of a leading Finance Transformation practice in Australia, and generate real insights to help deliver value to our clients.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:

  • 7+ years’ experience working in Private industry or Public Sector Corporate Finance roles
  • 4+ years’ experience working in professional services or consulting, advising CFO’s on Finance transformation in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF), process improvements, financial planning redesign, service delivery model design and implementation, and other critical elements of the Finance function
  • Experience in PBF transformation initiatives
  • Experience leading or mentoring small teams.
  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings
