We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant to join the Banking & Insurance Operations Transformation team! This an opportunity to make a meaningful client impact, contribute to major opportunities, and set Deloitte apart in the market. We are open to internal candidates from any location, whether as a transfer or secondment.
What will your typical day look like?
This is an exciting career opportunity for a career focused Senior Consultant to join our Banking & Insurance Operation Transformation and immerse yourself in the Operations, Industry and Domain Solutions. In this role you’ll engage directly with high profile banking clients on their most important and challenging business issues and addressing and solving their priority operational problems and collaborate with Ajay Yadav to deliver extraordinary results for our clients.
About the team
Deloitte’s Tech and Transformation client service team supports some of Deloitte’s largest clients nationally across a variety of industries.
You will report directly to the Partners / Directors in Tech & Transformation and work with Operations, Industry and Domain Solutions team who prioritise client success.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- Over 4+ years of experience in a Strategy & Operations consulting role at a leading professional services firm or an FSI organisation
- Led the implementation of process mining initiatives to uncover insights, diagnose inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance for banking clients.
- Worked closely with client teams to understand strategic objectives, align project outcomes with business goals, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Analysed data from client processes to identify improvement opportunities, leveraging advanced process mining technologies and methodologies.
- Provided expertise on process improvement, guiding clients in adopting and optimizing new practices for enhanced efficiency.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and consistent delivery of high-quality results.
- Supported business development by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and nurturing client relationships within the banking and financial services industries.
Key Requirements:
- Banking or Insurance Sector Experience: Relevant experience working within or consulting for the banking or insurance sectors.
- Process Mining Expertise: Proficiency in process mining techniques, tools, and technologies, with experience in applying these methodologies to drive operational improvements.
- Consulting Experience: Prior experience in strategy, transformation, or operations consulting, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights in a clear, actionable way to senior stakeholders.
