M&A Valuations Associate Director
Melbourne, VIC, AU
Job Requisition ID: 41903
- Shape valuation opinions on high-profile transactions, complex business through bespoke modelling work across ASX-listed corporates, private equity and multinational clients.
- Be part of market-leading projects with global scale and complexity
- Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters
Step into a Valuations Associate Director role in Melbourne where you'll lead complex, high-impact work that sits at the centre of major corporate and investment decisions.
What will your typical day look like?
From high-profile M&A activity to financial reporting, tax and litigation matters, you'll lead and deliver valuations that help clients navigate moments of strategic change. The work spans enterprise, equity and intangible asset valuations, with plenty of scope to apply methodologies like discounted cash flow, earnings multiples, excess earnings and comparative sales in ways that fit the commercial reality of each engagement.
A big part of the role is turning complexity into clear, credible advice. That could mean building bespoke models, testing scenarios and sensitivities, analysing market data, or preparing reports and presentations that stand up to scrutiny from boards, investors, legal advisers and finance teams.
As an Associate Director, you'll also drive projects forward - managing client relationships, budgets and delivery quality while coaching junior team members and contributing to business development. You'll work closely with Partners and colleagues across a range of engagements, in a team that values strong thinking, collaboration and shared success.
