M&A Tax Manager or Senior Manager

What will your typical day look like?

As a Manager in the M&A Tax team, you will work in a fast-paced and exciting environment providing your own portfolio of clients with specialist taxation advice on cross-border and domestic investments and transactions, including acquisition and vendor due diligence and structuring, holding and financing structures, private equity fund structuring, capital market and large corporate transactions and IPOs, business restructuring and major infrastructure investments.

We know that Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) are a huge deal for investors and businesses, and we are focused on teaming with clients throughout their investment life cycle. Through close collaboration, we provide sophisticated and tailored M&A advice on a wide range of cross-border and domestic investments and transactions. Our M&A Tax team is high energy, commercially focused and has a strong pipeline. We are looking to grow through vibrant, like-minded tax experts joining our community.


Enough about us, let’s talk about you.


You are someone with: 

  • A Commerce or Law degree (or similar)
  • Experience within a top or mid-tier accounting or top tier legal firm in the international tax, M&A or corporate tax areas, or a high performing corporate  
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to think strategically and work effectively with clients and other advisers
  • Previous M&A or private equity experience is highly regarded
