This role will be based in our Melbourne office, with hybrid working arrangements.
What will your typical day look like?
As the Learning Manager for Technology & Transformation (T&T), you’ll lead the charge in defining and delivering a comprehensive learning strategy. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you’ll ensure the strategy aligns with the firmwide learning priorities, supports the needs of the business unit, and stays within budget.
Your role will involve creating world-class innovative, technology-focused curriculums that address current and future skills needs. You’ll lead agile project teams, driving the successful implementation of key learning initiatives while continuously evaluating their impact and effectiveness.
Collaborating with your team, you’ll provide coaching and guidance to ensure high performance and professional growth. Additionally, you’ll work closely with T&T Leaders, Partners, and Talent teams to support career development and elevate the learner experience across the Technology & Transformation business unit.
This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and collaboration, where no two days are exactly the same.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

Previous experience working within a learning role in Professional Services, with a core focus on Technology learning strategy

Business partnering background with project management experience.

Demonstrated capability to build, influence and manage communication, change and stakeholder relationships.

Experience in budget management in a complex learning environment

Passion for networking, with the drive to connect the dots across a complex matrix organisation.

Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budget management and building measurement and impact insights.

Highly demonstrated learning consultation and needs analysis capability.

Advanced proficiency in learning content design and campaign management

Demonstrated facilitation experience across job levels and cohorts.

Proven experience in implementation and delivery of Project management

Lifelong learner with growth and problem-solving mindset.
