Are you someone with a passion for learning and development at a strategic level with strong commercial acumen and a desire to understand and influence senior stakeholders?

  

What will your typical day look like?  

  • Embedding and evolving the Advisory Skills Academy: the Advisory Skills Academy is a new way of delivering Advisory learning at Deloitte. It differs from traditional learning programs by combining knowledge with hands-on practical application and formally recognising skills.
  • Pathway development: Lead the creation of new advisory learning pathways, such as the Project Management learning pathway, focusing on uplifting skills from early-career professionals to experienced leaders.
  • Engaging and influencing key stakeholders: Identify and engage key stakeholders essential for successful pathway development and implementation. Foster collaboration and buy-in throughout the process.
  • Aligning learning initiatives with budget and business priorities, focusing on innovative learning experiences.
  • Leading end-to-end project management of advisory-related learning offerings, ensuring integration into cohesive learning experiences.
  • Designing and curating engaging instructional content using a blend of learning modalities such as in-person, virtual, and digital formats, including instructor-led programs and animated explainer videos.
  • Producing facilitator guides to equip internal and external faculty members for delivering impactful learning experiences.
  • Conducting thorough needs analysis to identify learning outcomes and developing content to achieve them.
  • Managing communication and change processes, building strong stakeholder relationships to support career growth and learner experience.
  • Coaching project teams and providing performance feedback to ensure effective implementation of learning strategies.
  • Regular business reporting for stakeholders and business partnering teams, preparing feedback reports on learning programs.

  • A background in learning business partnering with a passion for project management
  • Demonstrated capability in building, influencing, and managing communication and stakeholder relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in learning content design and campaign management
  • Proven experience in the facilitation and delivery of learning solutions at scale
  • A lifelong learner with a growth and problem-solving mindset
