About the role
Are you an experienced IT Project Coordinator who is looking to manage challenging projects and work with cutting-edge technology? – We are seeking experienced Coordinators and Analysts to join our growing ServiceNow asset team as we build our suite of remediation products and solutions to serve our clients across the globe.
Our team in Melbourne provides SaaS solutions to help our clients succeed, whether that is in response to crisis or technology uplift. Deloitte Forensic Managed Services is looking to grow our team to further increase our capacity to build, deploy, and run new programs and software solutions for our client base.
This is the perfect opportunity for an aspiring Project Manager with experience with SaaS (ideally ServiceNow) who can balance their contribution to delivering technical solutions and providing excellent service to our internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for working closely with clients to gather business requirements and convert them to technical specifications for our ServiceNow Development team. You will have the ability to work closely with stakeholders to research, document, and implement new integrations into ServiceNow, while maintaining crucial security standards to keep our clients and customers secure.

The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to work closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand and analyse their core problems and objectives, define requirements, and contribute to robust product roadmaps.
- Skills to run and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ability to plan, discuss, and develop solutions to meet customer requirements utilising our current digital products and services
- Ability to conceptualise and communicate business requirements from stakeholders to the technical development team.
- Ability to demonstrate digital product offerings to both internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to prioritise enhancements for the ongoing development of digital products and services
- The ability to assess the value of requirements, and prioritise a backlog to ensure work focuses on maximising value in line with the business and product strategies
- Good oral and written communication skills
- The ability to contribute to the preparation of proposals and engagement documentation and to liaise with other service lines within Deloitte
Technical capabilities
- Technical understanding of delivering projects with SaaS products, ideally ServiceNow.
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with ServiceNow.
- Experience working with cloud services including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Commercial experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs) in PaaS and SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and/or visualisation tools such as Microsoft BI or Tableau are beneficial.
- ServiceNow certifications highly regarded.
Your Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field with 2-3 years of industry experience.
