HR Manager – Technology & Transformation

What will your typical day look like?
As an HR Manager in our Technology & Transformation team, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to understand their needs and provide guidance on the development and implementation of both strategic and operational initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement, foster a positive culture and drive high performance. Key responsibilities would involve: provision of HR advice, talent management, delivering leadership programs, reward and recognition, OH&S and ER management, including performance and investigations.

You are someone with:
- 5 + years’ HR generalist experience working with and influencing senior leadership teams as a trusted advisor
- Experience as a HR Business Partner gained in a matrix organisation, fast paced environment or professional services advantageous
- Experience in managing the delivery of multiple talent initiatives that require research, data analysis and insight, proactive planning, a high level of numeracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Understanding of remuneration strategies and cyclical reviews
- Ability to influence and present to senior leadership
- ER case management experience including performance and investigations
- Coaching experience
- Strong capability on Excel and PowerPoint
