Deep dive into an organisation’s governance and operating models to understand the nuts and bolts of its systems, processes and culture. We help clients take apart, design and rebuild their strategy, governance, risk and operating models – embedding data and automation – to set them up for success in delivering on their objectives and compliance with regulations.
Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career. You’ll be supported by a dedicated buddy and coach, flexible work options, and wellbeing support as you grow your skills and confidence.

About the team
Our Workplace Relations team combines practitioners with deep workplace relations expertise and advanced analytic skills to support clients to navigate the evolving workplace regulatory landscape and identify innovative opportunities to achieve great outcomes for businesses and their employees. As a Workplace Relations Advisory graduate, you will join a large team of workplace relations practitioners with diverse experience across professional services, industry and government all working together to support our clients to solve their most complex workplace relations challenges.
What will your typical day look like?
No two days are the same in the Workplace Relations Advisory team. On a typical project, you’ll start off by engaging with clients to really get an understanding of their strategic challenges, opportunities, and how you can help them. You’ll dive into their business, and through your workplace relations insights and expertise, help your clients to align their workplace relations strategy to their organisational strategy, navigate organisational transformation and change, and manage regulatory risk and compliance with workplace relations obligations. Don’t worry, you'll have 100% support from the team as you pick up these new skills! Once you’ve discovered how our clients can improve their management of workplace relations risk, you’ll get to develop tailored recommendations and solutions for the client. Pretty cool, right?

We’re seeking final-year students or recent graduates (within two years) to join our graduate program. As an inquisitive student with a knack for solving complex problems, you’ll also have:

A passion for workplace relations and/or labour and employment law. Your qualifications may be in Economics, Arts, Business, Commerce or Law with a major in industrial relations, employee relations or human resource management highly desirable.

Great interpersonal skills and thrive in collaborative environments

A drive to untangle challenges and solve ambiguous and fuzzy problems with creative solutions

Motivation to use your own initiative to achieve high standards for your clients and team.
