About the team
Our Workforce Management team plays a critical role in enabling Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation business. We work as trusted advisors to the business, aligning the right people with the right work at the right time to ensure strong client outcomes, sustainable workloads, and effective capability development.
The team works closely with senior leaders, engagement teams, Finance, Talent and Learning & Development to provide insight‑driven resourcing decisions and support the delivery of complex programs across government and major corporate clients.
Technology & Transformation brings together the full suite of capabilities needed to deliver end‑to‑end technology transformation and cybersecurity services. We help clients define their future, implement change, and improve performance through technology, data and innovation.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Graduate in Workforce Management, you’ll be exposed to the operational engine that supports large‑scale client delivery. Depending on your role and stage, you may:
- Support workforce allocation across engagements by analysing demand, supply and capability needs
- Prepare and maintain resource schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc reporting to support business and leadership decision‑making
- Track availability, actual versus forecast utilisation, and update schedules accordingly
- Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of workforce management practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to resolve resourcing queries and challenges
Who will you be working with?
You’ll be part of the Workforce Management team and engage regularly with partners, directors, managers and practitioners across Technology & Transformation. You’ll also collaborate with Finance, Talent and other internal teams to support effective delivery and workforce planning.

Preferred degree backgrounds include Commerce, Business with a major in HR or HR Management.
