We are seeking a motivated and service-driven Floor Operations Supervisor to join our Guest Experience team based in Melbourne. This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional client and employee experiences across our premium client engagement spaces. It’s an exciting opportunity to build your career in hospitality, events, and corporate client services within a global professional services firm.
What will your typical day look like?
- In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our client floor operations, ensuring meetings, events, and hospitality services run seamlessly throughout the day. You’ll work hands-on with pantry teams and stakeholders to prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and deliver a polished, professional experience for clients and colleagues.
- Day to day, you’ll oversee the flow of events and meetings, ensuring rooms are set up to a high standard, catering is delivered on time, and spaces are maintained throughout the day. You’ll also provide premium boardroom service, support event setups and pack-downs, and act as a key point of contact for guests—creating a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure.

- Our Guest Experience team is a vibrant and collaborative group dedicated to delivering exceptional service across Deloitte’s offices. Based in Melbourne, the team supports a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients—including VIPs—to create a professional and memorable experience.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

A passion for hospitality, events, or guest services, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Experience in a client-facing or service-based role (hospitality, events, retail, or similar)

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of stakeholders

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and pride in maintaining presentation standards

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond

Strong organisational skills and ability to follow structured plans and schedules

Experience supporting events, catering, or operational floor activities (desirable)

Professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented approach
