We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dayforce Delivery Director to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with strong delivery experience and knowledge in in the delivery of large scale Dayforce enabled business transformation projects. As a Delivery Director you will play a crucial role in leading, driving and managing the successful delivery of enterprise Dayforce implementation projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice and guidance to team members.

About the role  

 

The role will involve possessing strong and proved enterprise level Dayforce delivery expertise and end to end solution knowledge. You will apply this knowledge to successfully direct, lead, manage and deliver Dayforce projects in the role of Dayforce Delivery Director. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex, large scale Dayforce enabled business transformation projects which consider both the design and configuration of the Dayforce solution but also the associated business transformation components such as operating model realignment, business process redesign, job / role redesign and business readiness. Further, the role will be about engaging with and managing senior client and Dayforce executives to elicit the necessary engagement to support successful delivery. 

Specifically, you will provide strong project and program leadership, monitor and manage the effective resolution or mitigation of project risks and ensure clear, accurate and concise communication on project progress and status to key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will coach and mentor others across the Dayforce and Workforce and Payroll Solutions team to support their growth and development in project leadership and management. You will also receive ongoing management and product training to maintain knowledge and applicable certifications.

You will be someone with a genuine interest in both the human and technical side of HR, payroll and workforce management technology. While you’ll certainly have deep expertise in solution oversight you’ll need to bring an aptitude for consulting in a client-facing environment.  

 

Requirements:  

  • Proven experience (min. 8 years) as in the successful delivery of Human Capital technology projects 

  • Knowledge and experience in applying Dayforce delivery methodologies 

  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of risk and issue identification, management and resolution / mitigation 

  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge in executive level stakeholder engagement and management 

  • Strong and provide project financial management skills including but not limited to resource level planning and budgeting, project forecasting and projections and contingency management 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.  

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.  

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.  

  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.  

  • Tertiary level qualifications in Business, HR, IT or related areas are advantageous.
