Our Systems Integration Unit is home to a diverse mix of skilled senior and experienced delivery leaders that focus on large-scale, $10M+ complex programs of work across our Consulting services providing our clients with the highest level of delivery quality.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.  

You will be able to demonstrate 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on large-scaled programs. You are self-motivated and have a passion for business and technology transformation programs across a range of industries, with the below skillset:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology as an Enterprise Architect delivering solutions and architecture artefacts
  • Collaborative and team first mindset and behavioural approach
  • Demonstrable experience in working across joint architecture delivery teams in conjunction with clients and 3rd parties. Key focus area being adaptability in building effective team working and culture.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to consult to solve challenges and influence outcomes
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with senior stakeholders in a concise and informative nature with awareness of the need for communication to be fit for purpose of audience and situation.

Desired skillset:

  • Cloud platform architecture certification (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with various architecture and delivery methods (TOGAF, SAFe, Agile, DDD etc)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and domain-specific solutions

Role and responsibilities :

  • Working in a program delivery context with multiple technologies and vendors needing to come together from an end-to-end business outcome perspective
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of artefacts (technology platforms, system flows, data flows, conceptual designs and detailed solution designs) across the various technology and business domain teams are of the highest standard and align to the enterprise architecture roadmaps and principles
  • Lead and owns the architecture and design of the technical solution including the creation of all required architecture related documentation and outputs
  • Manage and enhance architecture best practices, standards, patterns and reference architectures to design for the given domain
  • Undertaking scenario options assessment planning, and considering risk profiles for each solution option across business, technical, non-functional, and broader brand & market considerations
  • Supporting RFP and RFI response development
  • Working with new business teams in a presales capacity to help structure delivery approaches, architecture considerations, estimations, and resource requirements
  • Interact regularly with management and stakeholders, applying exceptional leadership skills in managing expectations, mitigating risk and removal of any roadblocks
  • Organising and running effective solution workshops that engages across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Present and engage senior internal and external stakeholders at C-Suite and GM levels
  • Present status updates through governance forums e.g. Steering Committees, Program Committees, Risk & Issue forums, integrated delivery planning, and Business Design councils
