What will your typical day look like?
Our Melbourne team is growing and we’re on the look-out for an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Developer to join the on-going growth of our practice.
Step into a senior leadership role at Deloitte, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will set the digital strategy, oversee the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, and champion innovation for Australia’s leading organisations. Your responsibilities will include managing and inspiring cross-functional teams, building enduring client partnerships, and ensuring projects deliver tangible business outcomes.
As Senior Manager, you’ll provide strategic oversight across all project phases, maintaining rigorous quality and budget controls while driving business growth through thought leadership and market insight. You’ll foster a high-performing, collaborative culture, mentor and develop your teams, and deliver advanced CRM solutions that fundamentally enhance client operations.
At Deloitte, you’ll be part of a culture defined by leadership, continuous learning, and innovation, with extensive opportunities for professional growth and global collaboration. We’re seeking an accomplished leader with a proven history of delivering complex Dynamics 365 CE projects, leading digital transformation, and managing diverse stakeholders. Relevant tertiary qualifications are required, and experience with Power Platform, Dynamics portals, and Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded.
