About the team
Deloitte is building a market leading Microsoft Dynamics practice.  We are proud to have made a positive impact on our clients through the depth of expertise and experience that our practitioners bring. This means investing in your development in technology certification, consulting skills, and business acumen. We have a team of senior practitioners who provide mentorship to guide your career evolution and lead from the front. There is no better place to learn a craft so you can have an impact on clients across a wide industry spectrum, giving you a broad set of experiences.

What will your typical day look like?

In today’s digital world where customer preferences and expectations continue to escalate, organisations need to transform themselves and modernise their technology to stay relevant. These organisations turn to Deloitte for help in designing, configuring and deploying contemporary cloud technologies to supercharge their business operations, gain data-driven insights into their customers, and unlock their growth potential.

You will be working on at-scale digital transformation programs underpinned by the market-leading cloud business applications within the Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations and the Power Platform suite.   These programs of work represent a significant and immense change that is typically a once-in-a-decade event for many of our clients. You will work with varying levels of client stakeholder groups to deeply understand their requirements, innovate and design solutions, re-engineer business processes, configure and extend cloud solutions, showcase the “art-of-the-possible” to users, and deploy the production-ready solution using modern Agile methods and tools.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:

  • 5 plus years’ experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including configuration, process mapping, data migration, software writing and report building.
  • This is a technical, hands-on architecture role which will require exceptional skills in D365 FinOps and the ability to translate customer challenges into technical solutions.
  • Ideally possess a full understanding of Dynamics F&O development: X++, SSRS reports, AIF and an understanding of AX architecture
  • Experience in the Power Platform including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, PowerApps Portals, Power Automate and Dataverse
  • Exemplary communication skills necessary for influencing client interactions
  • Adaptability, resilience and rapid learning built into your DNA
  • A passion for leveraging cloud technologies (e.g. ERP, CRM, Billing, Analytics, Automation) to help our clients solve business problems
  • A foundational understanding of finance and/or supply chain processes in a business
