What will your typical day look like?

As a Leadership and Talent Director within our Human Capital practice, you will be expected to run all aspects of projects and manage teams in the delivery of exceptional client service in the following areas.

  • Leadership and capability strategy: Define how our clients can transform through leadership
  • Leadership and capability assessment: Help our clients understand their current leadership and broader workforce capability profile
  • Leadership development: Work with our clients to build their leadership pipeline and strengthen the capability of their leadership cohorts

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leveraging your leadership and talent expertise and experience to help our clients solve their leadership and capability challenges and helping them prepare for the future. Strong leadership expertise built through a background in consulting will help you be successful. We are looking for an experienced professional who has worked across multiple business domains and has proven consulting experience in the disciplines of Leadership, Talent, or Capability.

Whilst a background in organisational psychology is not required to excel, it is highly regarded.
