What will your typical day look like?
In this senior role, you will lead and develop major engagements with high-profile clients, addressing their most pressing supply chain issues and opportunities. You will play a key role in helping organizations enhance supply chain resilience and build robust programs by leveraging Deloitte’s world-renowned data-driven capabilities, including our proprietary supply network mapping technology solution. Your work will enable clients to optimize operations, navigate disruptions, and create long-term value in an increasingly turbulent environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in optimizing supply chains, enhancing resilience, and delivering actionable insights.
- Guiding clients through complex supply chain challenges, leveraging cutting-edge analytics, digital tools, and risk management strategies.
- Driving high-impact programs for government and private sector clients, ensuring the integration of advanced data capabilities and emerging technologies.
- Leading business development efforts, shaping client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand Deloitte’s impact.
- Contribute significantly to thought leadership, driving industry discussions and positioning Deloitte as a leader in supply chain resilience space
- Undertaking extensive operations and transformation focused training and development (both structured and on the job) with the opportunity to experience borderless careers through international assignments and secondments
- Participating in world-class learning and leadership programs

About the team
This team is a key part of our Sustainability and Industrial Technology (S&IT) practice, which is dedicated to helping businesses, governments, and communities across the globe address their most pressing supply chain challenges. Our team is grounded in a technology-first approach, leveraging our proprietary platform to provide end-to-end supply chain visibility, identify risks and opportunities, and offer actionable strategies for our clients. This is an exciting, growing, and highly visible area within Deloitte, bringing together top-tier consulting expertise with advanced digital and data capabilities to drive tangible outcomes.

In response to strong client demand for our services, we have multiple leadership roles for outstanding Director level practitioners.
You are someone with:
- Proven, hands on experience in supply chain resilience, procurement, logistics, risk management, or supply chain visibility.
- Strong technical acumen, with comfort and fluency in working with data, analytics, and digital solutions.
- Experience extracting insights from complex data networks and translating them into actionable strategies.
- A track record of leading transformation projects, managing senior client relationships, and delivering impactful results.
- Exceptional problem-solving and project delivery skills in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the ability to deliver compelling arguments at both executive and working levels.
- A growth mindset, with curiosity to learn, proactive idea generation, and a drive to push the boundaries of supply chain innovation.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Experience in business development and deal shaping, identifying opportunities to grow Deloitte’s influence and impact in supply chain resilience.
- Eligibility for AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
