This role will provide you the opportunity in becoming a specialist ServiceNow Risk and Cyber specialist enabling modernised solutions on the ServiceNow platform and generating great customer outcomes and value.

 

What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Leader/Director in our ServiceNow practice you will be managing and engaging with a portfolio of enterprise clients, to solve their most challenging business problems through identifying and proposing ServiceNow Solutions. You will be involved in driving account and delivery strategy including planning for transformation and implementing ServiceNow. 

 

This is a client facing role where you will be working as part of a team gathering technical and business requirements in workshops, developing and documenting user stories and standards, templates, business rules and designing, configuration and building of the solution and implementation – no day will be the same.

Every project is different and exciting as you gain experience across a range of clients - from public sector, consumer goods, mining, financial services, to telecommunications. Supported with comprehensive training, our risk advisory specialists have a strong foundation in process and technology and tools that allow us to radically improve and transform IT and Cyber Risk, Compliance, Strategy and/or Enterprise and Operational risk processes and regulatory compliance and obligations.

 

Enough about us, lets talk about you.

You will have solid ServiceNow development experience with deep functional and technical knowledge of the platform with relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist is a must). In addition, you will have the following:


•    Strong capability to build client relationships, work internally to leverage Partner’s relationships and lead proposal development processes.
•    Strong advisory capability and demonstrated experience in leading multiple client engagements in a consulting environment
•    Leading consulting teams and coaching
•    Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and how the platform integrates with alternate tools/platforms
•    Demonstrated of modern service management, and understanding of ITIL practices
•    Strong program management experience and commercial acumen
•    Experience in implementation projects and end to end SDLC development and delivery on ServiceNow
•    Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practices Incident management, problem management and change management.
•    Ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs
•    Strong ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems
