We work with leading organisations to help them redesign their future work, workforce and workplace. We work on strategic, high profile projects with senior business leaders to define strategic business capabilities, conduct strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics and deliver insights that shape work, workforce and workplace talent interventions which drive impact and performance outcomes for organisations and their workforces. Deloitte’s Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs.

What will your typical day look like?
 
As a Director within our Human Capital practice, you will be managing all aspects of projects delivery and people management with focus on exceptional client service. 


We advise clients on a range of people related challenges including:


•    Work design: how can the nature of work be redesigned, including through technology to deliver productivity, employee engagement and customer impact?
•    Workforce strategy design: Defining the future workforce to support the realising of business priorities and changes to work, workers and the workplace
•    Workforce Transformation: Helping organisations transform their workforce to support new business models and digital capability
•    Evidence based talent management practices: Designing robust, research and data driven and practical talent practices, including leadership development, learning, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing 
•    Purpose driven Employee Experience design and Culture Change: Designing, delivering and measuring exceptional employees’ experiences to deliver on new growth strategies and a laser focus on purpose and meaning at work
•    Operating model transformation: Supporting organisations to move into new fluid team structures and agile work methods supported by devolved decision authorities and new ways of working
•    Strategic workforce planning and analytics: Forecasting future skills, FTEs and costs associated with probably future business scenarios

In this role, you will be a pivotal part of our growing team of highly engaged and capable consultants. Your people management skills, ability to grow strong client relationships and identify and shape new opportunities of growth for the business around important areas of impact, will ensure your success in this position.

 

We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional who has worked across multiple business domains, with proven consulting experience, preferably in the public sector.  

 

If you work in a Professional Services environment (Big 4/Boutique) or an internal Workforce Transformation team and have a track record of leading and managing teams and transformation initiatives in one or more of the below areas, this role is for you.
