What will your typical day look like?
As part of our best in class Finance Transformation team, you will be managing and monitoring the delivery of large scale finance transformation projects; Working with client CFOs to develop finance strategy and future operating model design; Enabling Finance strategy through redesign of finance structure, processes, enabling systems and effective business partnering; Working with the leadership team to identify areas for business development and turn them into success milestones; Work closely with your team to set their path for progression by leveraging your mentoring skills.

 

About the team
Industries are being disrupted at lightning speed and we’re responsible for helping CFOs stay ahead of the curve (and get that extra sleep at night!). Our high-performing and collaborative team offers CFOs advice to enable and optimise our clients’ finance strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals. We primarily seek to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organisations at all stages of the finance transformation journey from designing the change required, to delivering and managing that change and providing assurance around change initiatives.

You will be an integral part of a leading Finance Transformation practice in Australia, and generate real insights to help deliver value to our clients.

 

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You are someone with:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Corporate / Finance roles with at least 5+ years’ experience working in professional services or consulting
  • Experience in Integrated Finance Transformation - through operating model design, data and digital technology (including ERP), providing leading practice insights across finance function
  • Experience in Enterprise Performance Management - planning, budgeting and forecasting, management information and reporting, profitability and cost management, and performance data and analytics.
  • Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience leading or managing teams and transformation initiatives
  • Sector experience in Higher Education or Public Sector or Financial Services
