Are you ready to lead large-scale digital identity projects that impact workforce, customer, and citizen identity solutions? Deloitte Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Digital Identity to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to drive transformative identity solutions across diverse sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital identity programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce, customer, and citizen identity solutions, leveraging both established and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, legal, and operations to ensure seamless integration and deployment of identity solutions.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices in digital identity management, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their needs and provide tailored identity solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, security, and user experience of identity systems.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive program management experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital identity projects.
  • Deep expertise in workforce, customer, or citizen identity solutions, including technologies such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity governance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to digital identity, such as GDPR, CPS234, and NIST.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

 

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a consulting environment, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in digital identity, such as blockchain, verifiable credentials, and biometrics.
  • Advanced degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), Scrum Master (SCM), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
