What will your typical day look like?
We are looking for creative individuals who challenge the status quo, are excellent communicators, are passionate about solving complex business and technology problems, and have a strong drive to keep up with an evolving technology landscape. This role will not only lead teams to deliver best in class low code solutions across various industries. But will play a critical role in continuing to develop our Low Code practice.
The ideal candidate will combine expertise in platforms such as Appian with excellent technical, product and business acumen skills to make a real impact for our customers. As part of your role, you’ll be comfortable talking about digital strategies and solutions to your team, the wider Deloitte business and in client workshops to all levels up to C-level (e.g., CTO, CIO) stakeholders.
Your role will focus on providing expert advice in addition to the management and delivery of client engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using your expertise to re-imagine what the client's future processes should be and designing enhanced user experiences with Low Code technologies such as Appian, Microsoft, Pega and Mendix.
- Experience delivering Low Code technology advice to our clients, identifying strategies and solutions to their challenges and supporting in the creation of business cases as appropriate.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business processes and design solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Strong business development capability with the ability to build client relationships, work internally to leverage client relationships and lead pursuit teams/ proposal development processes.
- Staying up to date on the latest low code trends and market movements to leverage them in client projects.
- Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Drafting high-level commercial propositions for low code implementations across various industries.
- Playing a key role in the continued growth of our business through contributing to propositions, training, marketing, communications, and recruitment activities.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
We are seeking professionals who can demonstrate required Appian expertise matched with the following:
- Extensive consulting experience in a Tier 1 Consulting firm, Systems Integrator, boutique strategy house or a senior internal advisory role with proven experience as a trusted business advisor to senior client leaders
- Strong business development capability with the ability to build client relationships, work internally to leverage client relationships and lead pursuit teams/ proposal development processes.
- Knowledge of application integrations with key technologies (for example, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics365 and also custom integrations via API’s and including cloud-enablement (for example, Azure).
- Working experience with software consulting (such as in an ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture or EAI) and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management.
- Passionate about enterprise process automation technologies, excited by tough challenges, and be a natural problem solver.
- Managing senior relationships within top listed organisations, and managing large, diverse teams, virtually and face-to-face
- Ability to lead multiple engagements concurrently.
- Strong ability to provide thought-through, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet project deadlines, and drive results.
- Team management and quality assurance of deliverables
- Experience managing vendor/product alliances..
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills
- Experience in a leadership role emphasising growing and developing junior team members and driving a culture of continuous learning
- Ability to solve complex business problems using a hypothesis-based approach
- Ability to quickly build rapport and grow client relationships to establish a strong network in market
- Demonstrated experience in operating model design, business process management, complex transformation and operational improvement.
