Unique opportunity for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Business Tax team in Australia.

 

About the team

 

Our Business Tax team work on complex corporate and international tax transactions. The team brings together their valuable expertise and global visibility, to help our wide range of clients, across a variety of industries, continue to grow their ambitions and successfully achieve their goals.

 

As part of the Tax and Legal division of the world’s largest professional services firm, our Business Tax team work with a range of ASX listed and inbound multinational companies, gaining deep knowledge of tax and business along the way. We don’t just provide commercial tax advice, we help clients simplify their tax management and oversight, giving them confidence and clarity in making strategic decisions. 

 

What will your typical day look like?

 

Working on complex corporate, and international tax transactions, you will manage the day-to-day tax affairs and lead the delivery of solutions to a broad range of large clients across a variety of industries. Solve complex tax technical/business issues on client projects whilst maintaining strong relationships with our clients and teams.

 

You will be part of a high-performing team that really love what they do and be mentored by some of the best in the field.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Accounting, Law or equivalent qualification
  • 2 - 4 years’ Australian tax experience gained at a Big 4, legal or accounting firm or relevant in-house expertise
  • A passion for client service, partnering with clients to solve their most complex tax concerns
  • Strong technical skills in taxation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, a true team player
  • A desire to learn and continually improve your technical knowledge
