What will your typical day look like?


As a senior leader in our ServiceNow practice you will be managing and engaging with a portfolio of enterprise clients, to solve their most challenging business problems through identifying and proposing ServiceNow Solutions. You will be involved in driving account, sales and delivery strategy including planning for transformation and implementing ServiceNow HRSD.


Never expect a boring day in our Human Capital team. Every project is different and exciting as you gain experience across a range of clients - from financial services to public sector. Supported with comprehensive training, our tech advisors not only have a strong foundation in technology and tools but are also able to drive C-suite advisory conversations. This role allows you to work across Deloitte, to leverage executive relationships and subject matter experts in their field, bringing them to your clients to enable significant people transformation outcomes on the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Sitting within Human Capital Consulting, our forward-thinking team specialises in all things tech. We revamp the way our client companies work and craft beautifully-designed, fully integrated systems with solutions like SAP, Oracle, and Workday. In our solution-focused team, we get a little nervous with the average as learning and collaboration sees no end.


Enough about us, let’s talk about you.


You will likely have extensive leadership experience in a technology consulting firm, having worked with the ServiceNow HRSD or broader platform.

In addition, you will have the following:


  • Strong business development capability with the ability to build client relationships, work internally to leverage client relationships, create joint sales plans with ServiceNow, and lead pursuit teams/ proposal development processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multiple HCM client engagements in a consulting environment.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow architecture and how the platform integrates with alternate tools/platforms.
  • Strong program management experience most recently in agile delivery methods.
  • A passion for uplifting worker experience and human centred design.
