Deloitte's Talent team is looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the Transformation Team in a role focused on designing and delivering better experiences for our people.

What will your typical day look like?

In this role, you'll help drive the people transformation agenda across the firm. That means working on complex employee experience challenges, shaping practical solutions, and using structured problem solving and consulting methodologies to move initiatives from idea through to delivery.

Working closely with Transformation Senior Managers, Talent SMEs, Human Capital and senior stakeholders across the business, you'll contribute to projects that influence how our people experience Deloitte at key moments that matter. Your work will help create more consistent, thoughtful and effective people solutions across the firm.

Variety is a big part of the role. Some days you'll be developing project documentation or analysing data and insights, while on others you'll be preparing materials for senior leaders, facilitating progress across workstreams, or helping bring new ideas to life in a fast-moving environment.

Deloitte's Talent team partners with the business to create a better experience for our people across the moments that shape working life. The Talent Transformation Team sits at the centre of that agenda, combining strategic thinking, human-centred design and practical delivery to improve how talent programs, processes and experiences come to life across the firm.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:

• 2-5 years of experience in a professional services environment
• The ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of employee experience
• Structured problem solving, critical thinking and experience delivering project outcomes
• Clear and credible communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels
• Strong organisational skills and experience preparing and maintaining project documentation
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel and data analysis skills
