Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation teamwork with leading organisations to help them define their future workforce, from defining strategic business capabilities, to workforce planning, workforce analytics and insights through the delivery of talent, leadership and learning interventions to address gaps and enhance workforce performance. Deloitte’s Workforce Transformation services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs.
What will your typical day look like?  


As a Consultant within our Human Capital practice, you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of exciting projects, work with collegiate, highly skilled, and supportive teammates.
As a Workforce Activation - Learning team member, you’ll support the consultation, design, development, and delivery of innovative, memorable, and highly effective learning experiences, with a focus on:
•    Learning strategy and advisory: Building high performing learning functions and fit-for-purpose learning strategies to support business transformations and goals
•    Learning design: Create impactful and innovative learning experiences that incorporate pedagogy learning principles with a range of blended learning modalities.  
•    Learning development: Support the build of learning assets, modules, and programs to support instructor-led and digital learning (including deployment on LMS and LXP solutions)


As part of our greater Workforce Transformation team, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to workforce strategy design, strategic workforce planning and analytics, leadership strategy and development, evidence-based talent management practices and designing for the future of work

We are looking for a professional who has worked in either private or public sectors, ideally with consulting experience (or similar stakeholder management experience), and who has a strong interest in creating bold learning solutions. Experience designing, developing, delivering and/or implementing training is desirable.
