Our Technology & Transformation Engineering Consulting team supports our clients by setting the right agenda to transform IT and our clients’ businesses. We execute on our advice, working with colleagues across our firm to lead Cloud Transformation and Delivery programmes.
We are looking for people who can drive technology change as our clients embrace these modern technology platforms.
Your role
Your role will focus on providing knowledgeable and well-informed advice and the management and delivery of client engagements. You will have responsibilities for:
- Engage with clients to identify and document requirements, assist and enable their business, and address limitations
- Evaluate and ensure improvements to facilitate optimized business practices, quality and behaviour.
- Engage with stakeholders through organised sessions / workshops for requirement gathering and conduct IT operations assessments
- Provide project delivery in line with business requirements
- Assist and enable engagement planning – draft and manage project schedule, risks and scope
- Suggest recommendations on the use of technical solutions and best practices
- Manage client relationships by interacting with key business and technical stakeholders
- Producing high quality deliverables, such as target architectures, adoption roadmaps, cost benefit analysis, and strategic plans
- Deliver high quality presentations and lead workshops delivered to key client stakeholders
- Create and maintain documentation based on accepted practices and methodologies.
- Lead and empower people – manage, counsel and mentor junior team members
- Assist with internal development activities such as facilitating workshops, practice development, proposals and additional initiatives that enable overall team development
Qualifications, Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge
- Ability to provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills, including presentations and facilitation of workshops
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage people, and result oriented outlook with clear focus on superior service delivery
- Effective and collaborative team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced use of consulting technology tools such as MS Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project
