Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice and help clients reimagine how finance operates. You'll leverage process intelligence tools including process mining and automation — to identify inefficiencies, redesign end-to-end finance processes, and drive measurable outcomes.

What will your typical day look like 

In this role you will be leveraging platforms such as Celonis to analyse, visualise and optimise end to end finance processes within complex ERP environments.

You will work closely with CFOs and senior stakeholders to uncover inefficiencies, drive insights, and deliver measurable improvements across finance operations.

 About the team

As part of Deloitte’s Finance Consulting, you will be leading the way amongst pioneers shaping the course of modern finance in the digital world and assisting clients to accelerate into this new age!

What your typical day could look like:

• Analyse ERP data using process intelligence tools (e.g. Celonis) to uncover inefficiencies
• Build and review process models across finance workflows (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Facilitate client workshops to validate insights and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate data findings into clear, commercially focused recommendations
• Collaborate with internal transformation teams to delivery solutions
• Lead workstreams and support junior team members on delivery
• Present insights and process updates to senior stakeholders

Enough about us, let’s talk about you 

You are someone with:

• 3+ years in finance transformation or management consulting
• Hands-on experience with process mining tools (e.g. Celonis, SAP Signavio)
• Strong understanding of finance operations (P2P, O2C, R2R)
• Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior level
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring junior team members
• Exposure to consulting environments, with ability to support delivery and business development.
• Hands-on experience integrating complex data landscapes and engineering solutions within process intelligence platforms.
