You will be working as part of a multi-disciplined team providing a range of support to deliver small to large-scale projects. Not only will you be involved in defining initiatives which deliver specific business and technological capabilities, you will also have an active part in producing business blueprints, reporting, research analysis and much more, while working with closely with diverse stakeholder groups and other operational teams.

 

You may be required to structure and lead teams of BA’s on client facing engagements to solve their complex business problems and will be responsible for the day-to-day engagement management with the client. You will help continuously shape and grow the practice through mentoring fellow BA’s and running internal initiatives that contribute to our continuous evolution. About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5-7 years’ solid and demonstrable experience on medium to large-scale projects in an intermediate BA capacity
  • solid exposure to all phases of the SDLC in the capacity of a Business Analyst
  • experience in structuring BA effort and managing a Business Analysis Team by leading by example
  • highly analytical skills, quick learning ability to drive to deliver quality outcomes with pride
  • a proven track record in taking a concept through to a detailed specification used by the downstream development and testing teams
  • a proven track record in managing work from idea through to delivery, with strong skills in business through to technical
  • a thirst to continuously challenge status quos to provide clarity and improve the overall outcomes for our clients
  • exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into simple, easy to understand language and present your findings to senior stakeholders
  • a natural flair for teamwork, proactivity and autonomous initiatives to get their hands dirty and get things done
  • ideally a CBAP certification (or equivalent).
