About the team
Welcome to Deloitte Tax & Legal. Our team provide expert advice to private businesses and high wealth families on personal tax, business tax and indirect tax matters. Additionally, the Partners have extensive experience in advising some of Australia’s largest families on complex commercial issues, wealth succession and asset structuring.
What will your typical day look like?
As a ASIC lodgements / Client Service Officer, you will work closely with our professional accounting staff to help them deliver to their client group. The role is fast paced, busy, and will see you performing a range of support tasks.
Key duties will include, client set up and processing name/address changes, assisting with preparing annual company statements; and liaising regularly with clients and ASIC via e-mail and telephone.
You will have at least 12 months previous experience of working in an administrative support or customer-facing role; and are looking for a new challenging opportunity.

You will also have:
- ATO/ASIC experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
- An ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to problems
- Well-developed time management skills with the ability to cope under the pressure of deadlines
- A positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a small team
- Commitment to helping the team exceed our clients’ expectations
