In this role, you will be a part of the Greenhouse team, which works in collaboration with other Deloitte teams to plan and coordinate exceptional client experiences and labs targeted at C-level executives. You will be working with a cohort of Senior Leaders and Partners, a highly motivated and fun team who strive to live Deloitte’s purpose of ‘making an impact that matters’ for our clients, people and community.
 
What will your typical day look like?  
This role will see you perform the following tasks:

  • Supporting planning efforts for both virtual, hybrid and in-person client experiences, including: coordinating logistics, overseeing and ensuring completion of key activities, identifying and escalating risks, and assisting the communication and coordination among lab participants and stakeholders
  • Coordinating with executive level external clients as well as senior Deloitte leaders (including Clients & Industry leaders, function leaders, and the leaders of high-priority client accounts)
  • Working collaboratively with all team members, promoting teamwork and high-quality deliverables
  • Researching and piloting innovative approaches that can enhance our offerings, including new tech solutions (ie digital product owner) and data analysis

We’re looking for someone who has all the below skills and experiences:

  • Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or related field would be highly regarded
  • Project or program coordination experience 
  • Proven stakeholder management capability and experience
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage work across multiple streams
  • Excellent executive presence, as well as strong writing and oral presentation skills
