What will your typical day look like?
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the account leadership teams, including the Lead Client Service Partners (LCSPs), to deliver world-class outcomes
- Managing strategic client relationships, driving account improvements, and ensuring the successful execution of account operations
- Working closely with the LCSPs to lead account planning processes and support client service teams at regular intervals
- Teaming with offshore resources to support account growth
- Conducting client feedback interviews
- Preparing internal and external communications

You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- 3+ years experience in account management or similar role, operating within a complex account management environment
- The ability to influence and respectfully challenge senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, know when to make sound judgement calls and when to delve deeper with senior leaders
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise and manage multiple projects to conclusion
- Can work independently in a high-performance team environment and collaborate with firm-wide resources
- An enthusiastic, resilient and pragmatic approach to driving account strategy and planning
- Ability to facilitate the development and implementation of strategic client relationship plans, focused on delivering the best of Deloitte.
- Understanding of CRM systems and pipeline management, or ability to learn quickly
- The ability to contribute to business process improvements
- Professional services knowledge is an asset
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience
- Professional services knowledge desirable
- Flexibility, including part-time hours, may be negotiated
