  • Build foundational experience in sustainability and climate reporting assurance while working with some of Australia's most complex organisations.

  • Thrive in an innovative, collaborative people culture

  • Learning roadmaps at every level (virtual, classroom & self-paced)

Sustainability & Climate Change Assurance is a great opportunity for an Analyst in Melbourne who wants to build their career at the forefront of climate and sustainability reporting assurance.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll support engagement teams delivering sustainability and climate reporting assurance across a diverse client base. From greenhouse gas emissions data to broader ESG disclosures, you'll help assess how sustainability information flows through an organisation and whether it stands up to evolving reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

Working alongside local, regional and global colleagues, you'll build strong foundations in assurance, reporting and analytical thinking. You'll contribute to testing, documentation and analysis across frameworks such as ISSB, ASRS, CSRD, NGER and GRI, while learning how clients strengthen their controls, data quality and reporting processes.

This is a role with plenty of variety, exposure and support. You'll collaborate with financial auditors, data specialists and climate subject matter experts, and learn from people who are shaping how sustainability assurance is delivered in Australia and globally.

About the team

Our Sustainability & Climate Change team brings together deep subject matter expertise, data capability, technology and rigorous analytical thinking to help clients respond to fast-evolving assurance and reporting needs. The team works across leading local and global standards and frameworks including ISSB, ASRS, CSRD, TNFD and GRI, with particular depth in climate-related financial disclosures, greenhouse gas emissions reporting and regulatory compliance. It's a chance to be part of work that helps organisations report sustainability information with greater credibility, accuracy and transparency.
