About our team

Our national specialist team is a key part of Sustainability and Climate Change Practice within our Risk Advisory Service Line. 

We help our clients meet their responsibilities and create sustainable, long-term improvements in health, safety, mental health, and wellbeing performance. We combine deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking, and data and technology to meet the diverse and fast-evolving needs of our clients. Through our services, we offer solutions to help our clients understand, engage with and act on their risks and opportunities.
Our Practice’s experience and expertise spans Environmental, Social and Governance (or “ESG”) Strategy, Impact Measurement, Climate Risk and Strategy, Work Health and Safety, Crisis Management and Resilience, Risk Culture, Human Rights and Ethics, across a range of assurance and advisory client engagements.
About Our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Work

Focused on Health, Safety and Wellbeing consulting work based in Melbourne, you will be working with a variety of blue chip, federal and state government clients, helping them clarify and shape what better practice means for their business and respond to stakeholder and regulatory pressures and expectations.

We offer a broad range of services including (but not limited to):

  • Strategy development, planning and implementation
  • Advice/consulting 
  • Risk assurance 
  • Performance analytics
  • Risk profiling and benchmarking
  • Safety culture leadership and change 
  • People engagement programs

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
Your combined structured thinking, subject matter expertise and passion for the field will help shape opportunities, support sales and lead end-to-end project delivery. You will need to:

  • Be passionate about safeguarding people and their health
  • Have a relevant degree level qualification related to Health (e.g. Work Health and Safety, Public Health), Occupational Hygiene, Wellbeing or Psychology 
  • Have 3-5 years of prior consulting or industry experience across one or all areas of Health, Safety and Wellbeing
  • Be dynamic, self-driven, intellectually curious, resourceful and flexible
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills (including report and strategy deck writing experience)
  • Apply structured problem-solving, technical skills and knowledge to design project approach and lead others in delivery
  • Have knowledge of contemporary relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice and management systems as well as digital platforms and solutions in the new world of work
