What will your typical day look like?
You will support the delivery of regulatory audit and assurance work for financial services clients, including APRA and ASIC regulated entities. You will help pull together evidence, analyse issues, and contribute to practical solutions that clients can actually use, while learning how high-quality regulatory work is delivered end to end.
You will spend time with your team and client stakeholders, asking clear questions, documenting work carefully, and keeping quality front of mind. As you build relationships and deepen your regulatory knowledge, you will gain exposure across sectors and collaborate with specialists across the business, accelerating your growth in ways that open up exciting career pathways.
About the team
Deloitte’s Financial Services Regulatory Audit team sits within Audit & Assurance and is a national group working across wealth management, superannuation, insurance and banking.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
- Audit experience in an external or internal audit environment
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An insurance background or experience with APRA-regulated entities
- Knowledge of APRA reporting and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of ASIC compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality outcomes
- Confidence analysing complex issues and summarising them clearly
- A proactive, curious approach to learning on the job
