Our technology relationships with market-leading vendors such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Databricks, Snowflake and Informatica enable our practitioners to be at the forefront of new and emerging capabilities and to deliver our suite of services at scale. We are consistently recognised as leaders in Cloud, Data, Analytics and AI, including in the latest analyst reports.

What will your typical day look like?

You'll be hands-on in the codebase, building and testing solutions alongside more experienced engineers.

  • Designing & Delivering AI & Data Solutions – Design and build AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows, analytics products and data platforms that are secure, scalable and production-ready.

  • Client Collaboration – Work with client stakeholders and delivery teams to understand requirements and contribute to effective technical solutions.

  • Technical Problem-Solving – Write, test and review well-crafted code in Python, SQL or a similar language, using leading technologies across Azure, AWS, Google, Databricks and Snowflake.

  • Supporting Agile Project Delivery – Apply AI-first delivery methods to accelerate software development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing and documentation.

  • Learning & Development – Continuously develop your engineering capabilities across AI, software, cloud and data disciplines, with access to leading training and development programs.

  • Asset Development – Build on the accelerators and patterns we already have, contributing reusable components and improving them with each engagement rather than starting from scratch.

Enough about us, let's talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences:

  • 2-4 years' experience in software, data or AI engineering.

  • Working knowledge of a programming language such as Python, Java or TypeSrcipt, plus SQL, and a passion for building well-crafted solutions.

  • Experience developing AI, data or software solutions using modern platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks or Snowflake.

  • Curiosity about emerging AI models, tools and engineering practices, and the initiative to apply them.

  • Ability to explain technical work clearly to non-technical people.

  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals including version control, testing, CI/CD, secure development and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have:

  • An interest in making the value of AI and data visible to clients, through visualisation, working demos or products people actually use.

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

Applicants must hold working rights in Australia to apply.
