    Our Graduate Program is a permanent, full-time role from day one, with structured learning, real-world client work, and hands-on projects to build your career.     About the team

    You’ll be joining the Audit team, a large group of specialized Accounting professionals who value learning, collaboration and diverse thinking. The team supports early-career development through coaching, buddy support and hands-on experience.

    The Audit team empower clients with a deep understanding of their financial position. They don’t just understand clients’ businesses; they explore major opportunities and identify risks beyond traditional financial reporting functions.

     

    What will your typical day look like?

    Day-to-day, you’ll learn by doing. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.

  • As a graduate in the Audit team, you’ll:

    • Provide audit, advisory, financial reporting, and accounting services to public, private, and not-for-profit clients. 
    • Apply design-thinking approaches to audit projects
    • Perform substantive audit testing using data analytics to develop and present annual audit plans and reports.

  • You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

    We’re seeking final-year students or recent graduates (within two years) to join our graduate program.


    You may have all or some of the following:

    • Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
    • Interest in becoming an Auditor
    • Comfort asking questions and learning through feedback
    • Alignment with Deloitte’s values and inclusive culture
    • You’ll be studying towards or have completed a relevant Accounting degree
    • You’ll be eligible for the Chartered Accountants (CA) Program
