What will your typical day look like?
You'll collaborate with diverse, driven colleagues to diagnose the core drivers of organisational underperformance, design innovative transformation programs, and help businesses regain stability and momentum.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in addressing business-critical issues—analysing operational and financial performance, generating cash, and executing complex transformations. Your work will directly influence the future trajectory of iconic organisations, empowering them to adapt, grow, and realise their potential.
This role is designed for ambitious, analytical minds eager to build on their leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. You'll partner with senior executives—including CEOs, CFOs, and Managing Directors—advising on financial restructuring, operational improvement, refinancing, cash generation, and large-scale change initiatives. You'll leverage the latest technologies and data-driven insights to craft bespoke solutions, learning from each unique engagement and accelerating your professional growth in a high-performance environment.
About the team
Our SR&T team excels in the unexpected, providing innovative solutions to companies navigating disruption and complexity. We deliver strategic advice on financial and operational restructuring, profit improvement, cash and working capital optimisation, and formal restructuring appointments (including Voluntary Administrations and Receiverships). Our collective expertise enables us to drive sustainable financial outcomes and long-term growth for our clients, while fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous development within the team.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
- 1-3 years consulting experience. Advising on financial performance and reporting, operational restructuring, or financial management
- Self-starter with ability to think laterally about complex problems, and to design bespoke solutions, often in a fast-moving environment
- A desire to learn analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability and willingness to work with ambiguity and change
- Strong drive for self-learning and personal development
- Proven ability to be a member of a team delivering exceptional outcomes
- A drive to foster a supportive and inclusive environment, with a love of working in a strong team
- A positive mindset with strong commercial and interpersonal skills, and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Unrelenting commitment to ethics, integrity and “doing the right thing”
- Desire to take undertake relevant study qualifications or equivalents (eg, CAANZ, ARITA)
