Our Vacationer Program is designed to help you build skills, confidence and clarity about the kind of career you want to grow into. We will connect you with coaches and mentors who are at the top of their game and are fully invested in advancing your career, with your growth as our priority.

Our Vacationer Program is a paid summer internship (4 weeks) offering real client exposure, project work, and structured onboarding. You’ll have a dedicated buddy, access to networking and social events, and the opportunity to be considered for an early Graduate offer.

Interested in further study? You will have the opportunity to pursue qualifications such as the Diploma of Tax, Master of Tax or Chartered Accountants

About the team

Our supportive and diverse Private Advisory team supports private businesses, family groups and entrepreneurs by combining business insights with tax and accounting expertise. Team members help with planning, budgeting, structuring and broader advisory support. It suits those who enjoy hands-on work with real businesses and a blend of financial and strategic thinking.

What will your typical day look like?

Step into a dynamic environment where you’ll learn from experts, tackle real tax challenges, and grow your skills working with a variety clients. Partner with private businesses, family groups or high-net-worth individuals on planning, structuring, compliance and advisory work.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.

We’re seeking penultimate year students to join our vacationer program. As a bright, ambitious and hard-working student, you’ll also:  

• Studying or completed a relevant degree that matches your preferred team (above).
• Be an excellent communicator and possess strong writing skills  
• Love being part of a team and working collaboratively  
• Be naturally curious and proficient at problem-solving
• Be an Australian permanent resident or Australian/New Zealand Citizen
